Disclaimer

Engineer Freely, LLC components are intended for track, off-road and race use only. The parts are not certified or otherwise approved for use on public roads and highway use. Engineer Freely, LLC is not liable for any damage directly or indirectly related to the use or misuse of these components. Use these components at your own risk.

 

Guarantee

Engineer Freely, LLC products come with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against failures due to "normal use" and "normal installation practices". This guarantee does not apply to wear items.  A broken axle caused by a hard launch does not constitute "normal use". A stripped thread caused by full send with an impact does not constitute "normal installation practices". If you find yourself in a situation where misuse has damaged a any component, please contact Engineer Freely, LLC for assistance.

 

Shipping

Shipping is handled primarily by UPS.  Smaller items may be shipped out via USPS but generally items will always be shipped by UPS.  Shipping is automatically calculated by weight and size. If you need a different shipping service, please contact me prior to placing an order.

 

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of the delivery date from the shipping company for any unused, brand new items.  Items must have their original packaging and all included accessories.  A refund will be made when items are received and inspected. The refund will NOT include shipping charges (in both directions) and will have a 10% restocking fee.  Sorry this is not Amazon Prime.  

Example: An item is purchased for $100 and costs $15 to ship to you.  If you want to return it, you will have to purchase shipping back to Engineer Freely.  When the item is returned and inspected, Engineer Freely will return $90 back ($100 - 10% of the original price).  

If you need a reduced price shipping label, please email me.  I know going to the UPS store is VERY expensive.

Returns outside of the 30 day window are done case by case basis.
