This is the Engineer Freely DQ250 / 27 spline Intermediate Shaft. It is used to convert the DQ250's axle design to a standard Toyota style which uses an intermediate shaft. This shaft is required to be able to fit an axle with the 2GRFE. There is not enough room to fit the OE DQ250 axle hub next to the block of the 2GRFE so an intermediate shaft is used to bring the CV axles outboard of the engine. You must use the Engineer Freely bearing carrier with this shaft to properly align and retain the shaft.
Made from 4340, heat treated and comes with all bearings and retaining clips required.
